He has worked in the Corporate Law department of De Andrés y Artiñano (2005-2006), Hammonds -currently Squire Patton Boggs- 2006-2007), DLA Piper (2007-2018) and TKL Abogados, where he was a partner of the Corporate Department (2018-2023).
His speciality, within corporate and commercial law, focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and restructuring. Eduardo combines advising on M&A transactions for companies, funds, financial institutions and private clients, both national and international, with his participation as secretary of the Boards of Directors of some of his clients.

In 2004 he began his professional career as an associate lawyer in the labor department of ARAOZ Y RUEDA ABOGADOS in Madrid, later he founded the labor area of his own firm and has collaborated with different firms over time. He joins to GOLD ABOGADOS as Of Counsel, starting the firm's labor area, providing comprehensive legal-labor advice to both companies and employees.
Postgraduate in Labor Legal Consulting at GARRIGUES and doctoral courses in his specialty, he also has a Master's Degree in HR Management at GARRIGUES. He has participated in various conferences and forums organized by FIDE, FORELAB and ASNALA, and participates as a teacher in various specialization courses organized by the School of Legal Practice of the Complutense University and the European University of Madrid.

He was awarded a Law Degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 1998 and gained a PhD in the Criminal Law Department from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
He has worked in the Litigation Department of the firm CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo (1999-2005) and later in litigation and arbitration at DLA Piper (2005-2008), until he became a founding partner at GOLD Abogados (2008) as head of Litigation and Arbitration.
He has extensive experience as the head lawyer in numerous domestic and international arbitrations and legal proceedings. He is an expert in handling civil cases related to regulated sectors such as energy and telecommunications, and has extensive experience in advice to ‘family offices’, construction and infrastructure companies, banks and large retailers.
He is also an attorney specializing in the handling of disputes relating to the private application of competition and unfair competition law and has defended the interests of large companies in the most significant bankruptcy proceedings.
