Review/Update/Creation of Policies and Templates:
Review of your existing Privacy, Compliance and Cookie Policies, Notices, Collection Forms, Cookie Banners, Disclaimers, IP Information, any kind of Third Party Agreements, MSAs, SoWs, Data Privacy specific Agreements (Data Processing Agreements, International Data Transfer Agreements, Intra-group Data Transfer Agreements, SCCs, etc.), Consent Forms (for Pharma, ICFs, Assents, Pregnant Partner ICF, etc.).
Update of any of the policies or templates as necessary, depending on geographical and regulatory requirements. Creation of any new policies or templates, as needed, either from scope of activities, specific regulations or geographical location.
Negotiation of Agreements:
Negotiation of any types of agreements with third parties: Data Processing Agreements, Data Transfer Agreements, SCCs or General Legal, IP, IT, Clinical trial Agreements, etc., on your behalf.
Keeping records of your agreements, renewals, updates or amendments to comply with new regulatory requirements, etc.
External DPO and support before Authorities during administrative procedures/audits/inspections, coordination of outside counsels in litigation procedures:
Acting as your company´s external Data Protection Officer, registration as your DPO and communication to any competent Authorities.
Providing advice and counseling during audits, inspections, sanctioning and other administrative procedures.
And, should something end up in litigation, helping you coordinate outside counsels during pre-litigation procedures and litigations (disclosure, setting up a scope of work, negotiating fees and assigning the work according to seniority and responsibility, etc.).
